Cha-Ching... I Think

While popping in on the loving Queen Bumblebeans after watching the Hunger Games with the lovely "B", I was given some fabric.

I began chopping while I was standing there to ensure I would actually make something. This is what I made. I added the solids and created coins with the gifted fabric.

Now I need to quilt it. Any ideas?

  1. Wow! I love your coins and bars! I saw an antique red and white quilt similar to yours and it was quilted with an all-over box pattern which totally disregarded the fabric design. Another good all-over pattern is Baptist Fan. It is very easy and very pretty. Whatever you do can only add to its impact.

  2. Ooo thanks for the idea. I'm gonna look for the box and also see if I can do the fan.

  3. You know, I have no idea what a "coin" is (I'm sure I could conduct some research and find out), but as an Artist with a keen eye for design, detail and beauty, I really love your work. This one reminds me of a flag. I think my logo would look great incorporated into its design. By-the-way: can you make flags?(various sizes)
